I received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro at the Systems Engineering and Computer Science Program in 2006. I am Full Professor at the Informatics Department of the Federal Center for Technological Education of Rio de Janeiro (CEFET/RJ) since 2005. I am also a permanent lecturer and founding member at the Graduate Program in Computer Science (PPCIC) of CEFET/RJ. My research interests are in intelligent data analysis, machine learning, and AI.
